Thanks for great program that is nothing like anything else out there. I lost 25 pounds of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle. Jeff really teaches you the right things to do and serious training. I made all the same mistakes when I first started out doing routines that everyone else was doing.
But not with ATHLEAN-X every day was new exercises and new workout routines. I know I have a long way to go to reach my final goals but I am no longer worried now that I am training with ATHLEAN-X. Thanks for everything Jeff!

I love the fact that the workouts are “structured and organized,” that everything is straight forward and easy to use, giving step-by-step instructions to make sure that workouts are done properly and effectively. The meal plan is great, with a variety of different food options made available, there is never an opportunity to get tired of what to eat.

I wanted to tell you a little bit about my experience with ATHLEAN-X. I was a swimmer all through high and college, but I never had good weight lifting knowledge or direction in the gym. I didn't discover ATHLEAN-X til I was a sophomore in college and that first work out sure hurt but it changed the way I know workout forever.
This program changed my life, it really allowed me to see the value in exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. It also showed me that working out can be fun and always changing and we are always able to evolve and get better. Thanks Jeff for a great program and helping us all out.

Before starting ATHLEAN-X I was just going to the gym and pushing big weights, for hours and not seeing any results. Then I came across your YouTube page and started doing all the workouts and was seeing results, but wanted the next step. So I ordered the ATHLEAN-X plan, I found it very simple to use and the meal plan was great as I didn't need to think about meals I needed to cook. I was playing football three times a week on top of the plan and found huge improvements in my endurance levels and my explosive power.

I just wanted to let you know that I completed your 12 week program and absolutely LOVED it! I am 42 y/o and have been working out for years doing the same old gym workouts. Your program added a new variety and a new found excitement in my approach to working out. I am a firefighter who needs to be in overall physical shape with both cardio and physical strength as heart attacks are the number one killer in our profession. The workouts are 30 to 40 minutes of intense strength and cardio which is perfect for my job .
As a firefighter we go from rest to full on intense work which you have us doing daily for 12 straight weeks. I am looking forward to starting the 12 weeks again but adding the TNT workouts each week. I am including some before and after photos which you can see has changed my physical appearance. What you cant see is the endurance that Ive gained. Thank you again and keep the great YouTube videos coming.

I've just finished the 90 day ATHLEAN-X training program and wanted to share my results with anyone else interested in buying your program.  I love the way your exercises combine compound movement but more importantly movement that is natural to the human body. I got a lot out of your meal planner and rather than following it by the book I started to learn how to choose the right foods for my meals. I've finally found a program that I can maintain long into the future without running the risk of injury like a lot of other muscle-building programs result in.
I'm looking forward to starting the program again and push myself even harder this time! Thanks Jeff and the AthLEAN-X team.

Just wanted to send you a couple of pictures and thank you just for the fact that you put this great system - ATHLEAN-X - together! I always wanted to be fit and have the biggest symbol of a healthy life, a "Six Pack Abs" however I never reach my goals due to many different things, food habits, poor (long) training routines from the gym, lots of cardio and surely many other things.
With ATHLEAN-X it's impossible to get bored, every day it's something new, fun and challenging at the same time, the whole system is easy to follow and within the first weeks I started to see results, and those just got better and better, I'm about to start week 12 and I already have a very nice (in my opinion) definition, lost lots of fat, and at the same time I gained lean muscle!
