Xero has been a game changer for me. I didn’t know if I would like a body only exercise program but quickly fell in love with it as I didn’t need any weights or have to go to the gym and can do the exercises any where and any time saving me huge amount of time in the morning. Definitely a great program to have in the arsenal.

Great program for the road!

I spend a lot of time on the road and while I can sometimes plan gym stops along the way for weight training programs, which I prefer, Xero is great for when you just aren’t able to plan your trips around going to gyms or just don’t have access to equipment.

Ass-busting living room workouts that gave my body comp a boost

I started this program with the goal of having more definition throughout my body, as I was having some setbacks with another more basic program. These workouts were designed with every body area in mind and exposed me to dozens of movements I had never tried to do in earnest. The pacing was great for me and I was able to find a groove throughout these challenging workouts that was great for my schedule… I did find that the first day of every week would draw out past 1 hour and had to take out some sets when I was pressed for time. I also found some of the door jammers difficult to make work, as my hands would get tired a bit quickly. …I was worried about the fingertip push up challenge as well, as it was an instant requirement of 75 on that one the very first time it was introduced… as a musician it made me nervous about messing up my hands but I used a fist substitute in the other hand at certain points. …all in all I found this to be an awesome workout program that pushed me hard, and I look forward to continuing to explore the different offerings on here! …during this program, I lost around 5 pounds, was at 184 (5’11”) from prior programs now down to 179, and I noticed more definition in the chest and abs, which now are showing with a flex at any time of the day… nice to see that! Thanks for a great program!

The name really fits this program

You really do not need any true equipment to finish it, you dont even need a lot of space for most workouts so you can do them everywhere you are. All of it very quickly becomes hard but it is always manageable. And the effects? These are amazing. You can obviously burn fat and build muscle at much better and easier rate but with this program, you can do it spending small ammounts of time and you will become really skilled. Your strength, condition, endurance, toughness and will – they will be much higher when you complete it that you would imagine. Really good plan for those, who are worthy to have power.

Unbelievable!

No gym, no problem

I’ve been using Athlean Xero consistently since January 2022 and I have seen noticeable improvements in my overall strength and endurance. I went from 69 to 74 kg while increasing my muscle mass and reducing my body fat. All of this without any weights or special equipment. Also what I really like about the program is that you can train everywhere you go. There are no excuses to skip a session even on vacation. I believe the program could be still improved by including possible variants of the exercises to increase the intensity and reach failure faster. If you become relatively good in an exercise it might take you 30+ reps to reach failure and the workouts then become too long. Other than that I’m very satisfied. Cheers!

Highly recommend

I did the Xero program 5 years ago with great results. I was at 10% body fat and very muscular. Unfortunately, after a move and a couple job changes I wasn’t able to (or at least I thought) dedicate the time to program. I am 40 now and I just finished my first round of Xero again. I dropped 17 pounds and am starting to show abs again. I highly recommend this program. It’s not easy, but that’s why you get results.

Gets ya there quick

I just turned 52, back at it for the first time in four years. Started with minus one just a difference in the four weeks I felt alone and recording myself and going back and watching the difference.
