Built blueprints are hyper focused, meaning there is little to no crossover. If you choose Strength everything in the workout is designed for strength and there is no attention given to any other goal. The same can be said for Size, Longevity and Performance.
BUILT Blueprints are each 4 weeks in length.
Built for Performance and Built for Longevity both feature conditioning workouts. Built for Size and Built for Strength don’t.
In a word: Focus. All other ATHLEAN-X programs to this point have always had to accomplish multiple goals. BUILT is the first program that takes a micro approach to goals. Size training is strictly about building muscle mass. There is no attention paid to increasing your rep maxes or GPP.
Built for Size and Built for Strength both take advantage of an Upper/Lower Split with 4 workouts per week. Longevity uses a Total Body Split with conditioning totalling 6 workouts per week. Performance uses an Upper/Lower split with additional S.A.Q work totalling 6 workouts per week.
