I was at the gym earlier tonight and noticed something I found interesting. Is it me, or is everyone in there working on their abs now?!? I couldn’t even find a mat to do any of my floor core exercises! It seems everyone is playing catch up in an effort to get some abs to show in time for the beach.
What is your goal? Is it to just get “some abs”? Or do you want to get “SUMMER ABS”?
There’s a BIG difference. Some abs are the kind that you can see maybe the outline of a 6 pack hiding under the surface but tough to make out. SUMMER ABS are the kind that you’d be proud to show off around the pool, on vacation, or at the beach!
They’re the kind that are ripped, defined and get noticed.

Sometimes it’s not good enough to just do the exercises. Doing the RIGHT exercise goes the furthest towards producing results that seem long overdue!
