I am 57 years old. I’ve been blessed with athleticism and a decent build but never hit the weights until last year (completed the Athlean-X Jacked DB program, loved it, and have never looked back). I have also played the drums my whole life and as such, I suffered from radial tunnel syndrome. For years, I had just come to accept that moderate pain was just “part of the deal” for me and my every day life. Boy, was I wrong. I ordered this product a couple of weeks ago in conjunction with my first purchase of the Athlean-X Protein powder. The constant nagging pain I had been experiencing and dealing with from my right shoulder, to my elbow, forearm and wrist is gone. I mean… gone. This is the first time I have ever written a product review online but I felt compelled to do so in the hopes that I can help someone out there make the decision to try this product. Total game-changer for me. Thank you Athlean-X.
A bit of a pre-cursor to my actual usage, but I just bought these to aid in recovery of “medial epicondylitis”, or inner elbow joint discomfort. I had been taking cheap glucosamine/chondroitin supplements, but I’m hoping to speed up recovery of my discomfort so I’m giving this supplement a try based on reviews. I use a lot of grip in my calisthenics workouts, from parallettes on the floor for push-up’s, to pull-up negatives to ring bicep curls and back rows, so my grip can get all the help it needs since it is still also developing. I’m hoping to report back some good results within a few months.
Since taking this I have not any tendonitis flare ups at all. Joints feel better as well. I will continue to take this everyday
I was recommended this by a former Green Beret. We both work in Law Enforcement now and I love this product. If I quit taking it because I forget to reorder, a week later, I can feel it in my knees and ankles.
Seriously. Elbows, knees, shoulders. No pain. Made a regular subscriber out of me for sure!
This will absolutely help you. I’m 32 with sciatica and 3 fused vertebrae. Physical therapy got me back into the gym, but this stuff made me feel like I’m back in my early 20s warming up for olympic lifts.
I even felt comfortable enough to get back into crossfit. Yes, I know Jeff hates CrossFit, but I love it. We don’t have to agree on that. But what we can agree on is that this stuff works.
I’ve had a bad rotator for 2 years. At one point, couldn’t lift weights. Contemplated surgery. Started taking mechan-x. Wow, 2 months in, no pain, no impingement, no nothing. Working out at 53 like I was 23. Thank you
Unfortunately this has little effect on my joints and has given my major heartburn. I will still use all of the other supplements and programs but this one is not for me.
I couldn’t even bench press, let alone overhead press, because of shoulder impingement. I’ve been doing dead hangs daily for 6 months which helped somewhat, but after a month of taking these I can overhead press pain-free. Many thanks Jeff.
Had nagging back pain everyday for a year due to herniated disk from a sloppy dead lift. Tried using Mechan-X and the back pain was gone in less than 2 weeks. I assume it knocked out the inflammation. Definitely not imagining it. Thank you Jeff.
The Missing Link in Recovery
Recovery is the number one requirement for gains in natural drug free lifters. Without it, results are compromised. Muscle recovery only addresses one half of the equation. Joint recovery is the most overlooked element of intense training and mistakenly taken for granted. MECHAN-X redefines joint recovery and in doing so, will make you rethink the results you may have thought were achievable!
With the 5 best hand-selected joint recovery ingredients, MECHAN-X was created to normalize joint mechanics and restore pain free range of motion throughout your body.
Helps Your Body In Two Key Ways
1.) If you’re constantly shifting the load away from the muscles you’re trying to build to make it easier to handle the joint discomfort you’re feeling, you’ll never get as big or strong as you’d like. Period. By relieving joint pain, MECHAN-X allows you to put the stress of exercise overload back on the muscles it was intended for! No more letting knee pain hold you back from getting bigger legs. No more allowing shoulder pain to keep you from developing the chest and upper body you deserve from your hard training.
2.) By reducing joint inflammation, MECHAN-X allows you to stop compensating and shifting loads to other joints that are poorly equipped to handle them! Passing the job of the knees onto the low back is the fastest way to injure your lumbar spine! Asking your body to press overhead with poor or altered scapular mechanics is a recipe for chronic shoulder pain! With normalized joint mechanics now in place, you can lift heavier and harder, and recover faster than ever!
